This policy covers how the CAPDT treats personal, corporate and business information that we collect and receive. Personal, corporate and business information is information about you or your company that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the CAPDT does not own or control, or to people that the CAPDT does not employ or manage.

The CAPDT collects personal information when you join our organization. When you join the CAPDT, we ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, and postal code. We use this information for the following general purposes: to contact you with changes to your account, for accounting purposes, and to communicate directly with you regarding an initiative we have undertaken, or a similar matter.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not rent, sell, or share personal, business, or corporate information about you with other people or other companies with the exception of professional members who wish their names published on the Association’s web page of Trainers.
