Education Committee
The Education Committee develops educational resources for CAPDT members and the public to increase awareness of best practices for creating positive experiences in public spaces where dogs are present, both on leash and off leash.
The committee supports CAPDT’s mission, vision and values by helping dog owners and professionals access practical, useful education.
What We Do
The Education Committee creates educational events for CAPDT members throughout the year, along with handouts and written resources geared toward dog owners. The committee also develops general educational materials as well as resources related to specific events and holidays.
The committee typically meets online every one to three months, with additional collaboration taking place electronically between meetings.
